INTERNATIONAL TICKET DRAW

16th Aug 2010
Dear Members,

The committee of NUIM Barnhall RFC running this draw have decided to postpone the Draw until Oct 2nd our first AIL League Match at Home against Banbridge RFC .

The reason for the postponement is we issued some 700 tickets in the hope of getting back 50% or close to 300 to date we have under 200 back at this time. Some of the players are not back in training yet as season begins 28th Aug with our first Match in the” Leinster League Cup” against Navan ( k.o. 2.30 pm) at home and having spoken to some of them they wanted to partake as do Lady Players and ( Note for Mini Parents who might like to participate ) Mini Registration is on Sept 4th and 11th Tickets will be available on these mornings, so the decision was taken to extend the Draw date to Oct 2nd to give everyone who wishes a reasonable chance to participate.

The reasons for this Draw apart from the excellent prizes of International Match Tickets and 6 Nations Tickets with €1000.00 euro added for each of the three away matches in Rome, Scotland and Wales is to pay for the huge amount of works carried out to our playing fields this summer which if you could see them at the moment are looking terrific.

It is a great credit to the company that did the work however they need to be paid for their efforts and the Draw is our chosen means to do this.

This work benefits all playing member from Mini’s to Senior’s. If you can participate please do.
It’s not too late.

Trusting you will understand and if you have not got a ticket and would like one then please contact Eugene Charles or any of the Committee at the club.

Yours in Rugby
