Hope you have been enjoying the summer, or what we have seen of it :) We are back to business as normal as normal rugby service is just around the corner.

We are having an open day this Saturday the 3rd of September 2011 Starting at 1pm. There is a programme which includes Tag rugby at all levels, side shows and registration for all youth and mini players as well as the opportunity for seniors to register.

“Don’t hang up your tag boots just yet folks NUIM Barnhall are running a pitch fundraiser tag event on Saturday 3rd September 2011, to finish off the summer in style. NUIM Barnhall present this event where the whole family can come and enjoy this tagtastic day out!

€100 to enter a team (or €10 per head) – maximum 12 players, all players must be over 17 years of age. This is a mixed tag event with minimum of 3 girls. Registration starts at 1pm in Barnhall on Saturday and matches are due to kick off at 2pm.

To enter we must receive an email with your team name to : email Jonathan or email Aoife by Wednesday the 31st of August to get teams in and get the days format in place.

The day is going to be fun filled with music, drink promotions and a fantastic BBQ, guaranteed bit of craic.

If it is a case you cannot get a team together and you are going solo, or if teams are short some players, please come along anyway on the day and I am sure we can accommodate you or slot you in somewhere for this fun filled event.
