Our under 21′s had a fantastic win again away at Suttonians today, 15th January. Hoping for some form of medal from the season our young squad put together a fine performance from 1 to 20. Congratulations to head coach John Bagnell, Nathan Lawless and Anto Larkin for their input. Mark ‘Hawaii 5 0′ Kavanagh grabbed a fantastic hatrick along with Seamus Conway, Shane Brennan, Cristiano ‘Rodders’ Devaney, Conor ‘Sloth’ McDermott who bagged a try a piece. Eoin Beatty got himself two tries one a fantastic 50 metre break and also the choice for man of the match. Solid scrum again and a superb all round team effort so we look forward to a huge game next week. David Carey kicked 4 conversions and Darren O Keefe 1. Details of next match will be on site soon. Calling all the Ladies.
We are having a very special ladies day in NUIM BARNHALL RFC on Saturday the 4th of Febuary with pre-match drinks, a cocktail bar, lovely 4 course meal with wine, raffle and then you get to watch 30 young men running around in shorts and tight tops for 80 minutes. This is all in aid of a great cause “Little Way Cancer Support Centre”. We would love your support and it is for a great cause.
